Through-out the years growing peppers here in Saskatchewan I have found a Wonderful Spot in my backyard that just loves my peppers growing. They grow to about an Extra Large in size of a grocery store would sell, eg: close your fist and double it in size. These peppers do grow anywhere from 4 1/2 inches wide to 5 to 6 inches in height and with a roundness of 4 to 4 1/2 inches wide.
Each plant yields about 10 to 15 peppers in total if grown nicely outside and grows about 3 to 4 feet tall, a cage of sort will be required later for support just like a tomato plant.
I never have had a bad turnout yet in 15yrs, my backyard has alot of water in spring but runs off come summer. It seems my peppers love a grainy sand with wet black soil with half and half sun.
